Our Pre-Walk Procedures

• Our temperature is taken daily.
• All routes of correspondence are checked for notifications of potential COVID exposure.
• Shoes are cleaned with a bleach dilution daily.
  
• Crate is sterilized daily with a diluted bleach solution.
  

Walking Procedures

• Hands are cleaned between clients.
• Shoes are wiped with lysol wipes.
• Leashes are now made of biothane & are cleaned between walks with lysol wipes.
• Bedding in the crate is changed for each walk.
• Water bowls are sterilized between walks.
• We are avoiding people as much as possible - no greetings, petting etc. (excludes Auntie Melissa of course!)
  
• Pickup & drop off will be zero-contact & modified to suit each clients setup & requirements.
  

Temporary Service/Procedural Changes

• Group walks are suspended until 2021.
•  We are limiting non-neighborhood walks to six locations; Bert Flinn Park, Mundy Park, Como Lake Park, Buntzen Lake, PoCo Trail (Oxbow Connector) & Lafarge Lake.
• Dog parks will only be used if they are empty.
  
• Treats aside from cheese will be supplied by clients.
