Consultation Procedures

• New client, enrichment, behavioural & training consultations are all being done virtually at this time.
  
• Pre-adoption consultations are currently on hold while shelters are on lock down.
  
• Consultations can be done via Zoom, Facetime or Facebook Messenger. If you are unable to do a video consultation we are able to do a phone consultation with video recordings sent to us via email ahead of the consultation (video requirements are as advised during initial correspondence).
