Our Pre-Visit Procedures

• Our temperature is taken daily.
  
• All routes of correspondence are checked for notifications of potential COVID exposure.
  
• Shoes are cleaned with a bleach dilution daily.
  

Visit Procedures

• Hands are cleaned between clients.
• Shoes are wiped with lysol wipes. (in future custom surgical type booties will be used to replace this step)
  
• Clothes are wiped with lysol wipes between visits.
  
• Clean fabric face mask is worn for the duration of each visit.
• All door handles, light switches, faucets, countertops etc we touch are wiped down with lysol wipes or an antibacterial cleaner of your choice (alternatives must be supplied by client) on EACH visit.

Temporary Service/Procedural Changes

• Due to COVID we are unable to promise kitty snuggles due to the potential of COVID transmission.
  
• Interactive toys will no longer be available. It is advisable that clients provide their own wand toys & interactive toys going forward.
  
• Food puzzle toy rentals are temporarily suspended.
